Pork in sweet and sour sauce.
The wide popularity of pork in the sour-sweet sauce can be easily explained - appetizing, with a unique taste and aroma, delicate pieces of pork will be tasted by many gourmets, especially since even a novice hostess can cook such a dish.
Recipe.
1. Cut the meat into small pieces, add 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. starch, chicken egg and mix everything. Put the meat in the fridge for 30 minutes.
2. Cut the pepper into medium slices, finely chop the garlic.
3. Mix the flour, starch, leavening agent and 1 tsp. salt (leave 1 tsp. starch for sauce).
4. Slices of meat carefully bundle in flour.
5. Heat 300 ml of vegetable oil in a pan and fry in a medium heat for 3-4 minutes, do not fry the meat for a long time, otherwise the meat will become dry. Place the ready meat on a paper towel to remove any excess oil.
6. Pour 2 tbsp of vegetable oil into a frying pan and put finely sliced garlic, fry for 30 seconds and put the pepper, fry for 5 minutes periodically stirring, add red chili pepper flakes and a little salt.
7. Add the canned pineapples and fry for a couple more minutes.
8. Add sugar and rice vinegar, stir everything until the sugar is completely dissolved, add ketchup and stir, braise on low heat 1 minute continuously stirring, then add 1 tsp. starch and mix well.
9. In the sauce with vegetables add the roasted pieces of meat and thoroughly stir so that each piece of meat is in the sauce. The pork in the sweet and sour sauce is ready. Bon appetite!
