Recipe.
Cooking is unusual and quite unusual for us, but traditional for the Chinese, the dish is not difficult at all. In fact, the whole difficulty is to get and pick up all the necessary ingredients. However, it is easy to do in a specialized store or a special department of the supermarket.
So, the first thing to do is to prepare the products that require it, namely:
- thoroughly wash the meat, discuss excess moisture with a kitchen paper towel, and then cut the meat into large slices;
- wash the green onions, obsushivaya and cut the meat in long pieces;
- clean the onions and cut them into slices;
my chili pepper, cut it into thin rings;
- Peel the garlic clove from the husks and then finely chop it with a knife or three on a fine grater;
- wash my ginger spine, peel it and three on a fine grater, then finely chop it with a knife or three on a fine grater;
- if the peanuts are not yet fried, roast them in a dry pan.
You can now go directly to cooking.
In a small bowl pour chicken broth, soy sauce, rice wine, rice vinegar, pour corn flour and put honey. Mix everything thoroughly until homogeneous.
Put on a strong fire wok frying pan, heat in it half of the oil. Then immediately put out half of the pieces of chicken, fry them for 3 minutes, occasionally stirring. Until golden crust, then shift on a plate. Fry the remaining chicken on the second half of the oil. Also shift the meat on a plate.
Add to the frying pan wok chopped large green onions, slices of red onions, chopped garlic, chili pepper rings and grated ginger, as well as spices. All stir and fry for 2 minutes. Return the chicken into a pan, fry all together for 2-3 minutes (until the sauce boils and begins to thicken). After removing the finished dish from the fire, add the roasted peanuts.
The chicken is ready! Serve it hot, that is, immediately!
